How far in advance should I book?

For larger events, we recommend booking at least two months in advance.
For smaller moments, shorter notice may be possible — and we do occasionally accept last-minute bookings based on availability.

 
Is travel included in your rates?

Travel within Los Angeles is included.
For all other destinations — including Paris, London, New York, or Miami — travel and accommodation will be discussed and quoted separately.

 
When will I receive the content?

Your content is delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
We provide fully curated, vertical videos optimized for digital sharing.
Editing beyond our signature documentary style can be arranged if discussed in advance.

 
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
 
We understand life can change. For cancellations made more than 30 days in advance, your deposit can be transferred to a new date.
For last-minute changes, please reach out as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.
